Advocacy Award
APSI is proud of our recipients of the Ron Kozlowski Advocacy Award. This award is given annually to a person or entity outside the APSI agency for recognition of lifetime achievement in advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. The candidate must also demonstrate a long-term connection with advocacy efforts within the Developmental Disabilities service system. The award is presented at APSI’s June All Staff Training and Luncheon.
Past Recipients
Advocacy and Protective Services Inc. (APSI) created the Ron Kozlowski Advocacy Award in 2010, to honor the former APSI Director’s lifetime of advocacy efforts on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities. This award is given annually to a person or entity outside of APSI who has demonstrated a lifetime achievement in advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities, and who has a long-term connection with advocacy efforts within the service system.
